We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal process.

4. Photos and Images

When you upload a photo to Handy Helper for analysis the image is transmitted to Anthropic's Claude API for processing and then discarded. We do not permanently store the photos you upload. Photos are used solely to provide you with relevant home repair guidance and are not used for any other purpose.

Do not upload photos that contain personally identifiable information of other individuals, sensitive financial documents, or any content that is illegal or violates the rights of others.

5. Data Retention

We retain conversation data for the duration of your active session. Sessions are not permanently stored on our servers. When you close or refresh the application your conversation history is cleared.

Analytics data collected through Google Analytics is retained according to Google's standard data retention policies.

6. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13 please contact us immediately at yourhelper@handyhelper.company and we will take steps to delete such information.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All data transmitted between your device and our Service is encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.
